Fees – for those funding personally:

Standard outpatient appointments

New patient assessment:   up to 55 minutes – £390 – this includes a full report

Follow up appointment:   up to 25minutes – £190

Follow up appointment:  up to  55minutes – £300

Each extra 15 minutes – £95

ADHD – please note assessment for this condition takes at least two standard initial out patient appointments. Please enquire for further details. Please note that the waiting list for new ADHD assessments (with Dr Collinge) is currently closed.

Telephone consultation

Up to 15mins – £95. Includes letter if needed, thereafter £20 per additional 5 minutes.

Prescriptions

Written in appointment – no charge

Out of appointment – £25.00

Home visits

Depends on distance and time needed – please ask.

Non-attendance/cancellation

Cancellation in 2-5 working  days half the cost of the appointment. Cancellation within 2 working days –  full cost of appointment. Failure to  attend – full cost of appointment.

Insurers

We are approved by all the main insurers who will often pay us directly, if you have received prior approval from them. However, your contract is with us and you remain liable for any fees not covered by them. Please note that insurers have individual arrangements with consultants and the fees may vary if funded through them.
